RED CLAY R/C CLUB TRACK RULES

Red Clay understands the importance of community. And all members will be expected to follow all track rules.

1. No using the track before 9:00am.
2. All track usage will stop promptly at 9:00pm.
   • (Both of the above rules will be followed with the exceptions of organized race days, which may result in starting before 9:00am)
3. No drugs or alcohol.
4. Each person is responsible for their own garbage.
5. All people using the track will be expected to be courteous to all others around using the track.( This also includes no swearing)
6. Each person must operate their vehicle in a safe manner. (Nitro engines must have failsafe and throttle return spring.)
7. Vehicles will only be run on or around the track area, not between or around neighboring buildings.
8. Always check with other people running on track before turning on radio, for possible frequency conflicts.
9. No bikes are allowed on the track. (Radio controlled vehicles only)
10. Run at own risk, neither Great Hobbies nor Red Clay R/C racing club are responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items, this also includes personal injury.
11. All children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an adult.
12. For non-members of Red Clay Racing Club, there is a five dollar per day for track usage.

Failure to comply with any of the above said rules could result in a ban from track usage, and expulsion from Red Clay R/C Racing Club, which may include the forfeiture of membership and / or racing fees.
